  If you have any issue at all, you will not see any employee as there is a wall between the back and front ends and they do not have any cashiers. This makes them more likely to give lower quality orders.

  When you get drive though they make you pull to the front for every order, regardless of if theres anyone behind you in the drive through or not. They are trying to artificially reduce their time per order. Also there is a woman who is often in the drive through and shes very rude. Doesn’t acknowledge you or say anything, practically throws your food at you.

  This location has been here for many years. They just finished the new Reno’s. Unfortunately the dining area has gotten very small. I’m a bit surprised at how much space they expanded their kitchen area and the orders are increasingly incorrect. However, I haven’t had any trouble going through the drive thru and it’s 24 hours. Seems faster than dining inside.

  This restaurant, since it's restoration, has gone so far down hill. The new management just doesn't seem to have that typical McDonald's hustle.there order bored for example, they just clear all the orders then you still wait another 10 minutes. If there's something wrong with an order, takes forever to get it fixed.

  The New McDonald's service model is outright rude. There is no personality or friendless. I did a mobile order and I then waited about 15 minutes for a cold junior chicken and a sloppy greasy McDouble. The front counter area is totally separate from the kitchen and the staff all hide behind the wall. So if you need something, you have to wait for them to emerge. There was a lady that wanted to order from the till. She waited the 15 minutes I waited for my food, just to place her order. It was a horrible experience. I used to be a McDonald's supporter. No more, it's not custoner focused any more.
