  I had a very unpleasant experience here recently. My friends and I went in to shop, and we were excited to see all the different chocolate flavours. However, while we were looking around, we noticed that one of the employees was giving out chocolate samples to customers. She offered samples to the people before us and also to the people after us, but she completely skipped us. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I do not want to assume the reason behind it, but the way we were deliberately avoided felt discriminatory.

  Visited this store two days in a row and spent over $200 on chocolates. The staff on the first day were friendly and welcoming, but the experience on April 23 was disappointing. While samples were being handed out, my mother—who was feeling low blood sugar—politely asked for one more piece. The staff member distributing samples was about to give it, but a counter staff member stepped in and refused. It was just one chocolate. The lack of empathy from the counter staff that day was surprising and off-putting.

  awful custom service, the long hair brown skin cashier has bad attitude to ppl with kids, helping ppl who knows her to cut line and taunt ppl who pointed out that. Also the whole team was not good at customer service unless you’re paying over $500.

  Beautiful store with so much variety and even a sample chocolate as you walk in. If you love Lindt Chocolate..this is YOUR place.
