Ordered 2 orders of 5 pieces chicken meal and they all 10 pieces into one box. A few pieces of the chicken was without skin. The chicken was warm and they just packed them from the rack. Not sure why. Pick up process was horrible as well. Do not expect any services at all. 10 pieces of chicken and they gave me 3 packets of ketchup and 2 napkins. Not sure how they figure out we have 2 people so they gave us 2 napkins generously but pack all chicken into one box. When I asked for more, she frowned at me. God forbid if I ask for hot sauce, salt and pepper. It was close to the highway near airport otherwise I wouldn’t have gone there.

If you’re getting takeout from this KFC, make sure you open the box and check your food before you leave. I didn’t check until I got home, and I found that some of the chicken was missing, and a chicken fillet had been replaced with a much smaller chicken drumstick. This is extremely disappointing and feels very dishonest.

Had a really good experience at this KFC! The food was fresh, crispy, and full of flavour. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the portions were satisfying. The service was friendly and quick, and everything was clean and well organized. Definitely a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. Would happily visit again! 🍗🍟
