  All three kiosks were out of service, but there were no signs informing customers. The staff at the front counter didn’t mention it or direct customers to order another way, so people ended up wasting time trying to use machines that weren’t working.

  I tried to go here for lunch but all three of the self-serve kiosks were broken. The employee working here didn't allow people to order at the counter and instead argued that the machines were working even though they obviously weren't. In the end, there was a line of people and none of them were allowed to order food. I'm glad they're watching out for my health but not allowing me to order fried chicken but it's a weird way to run a business in my opinion.
