  This KFC is a total rip off. We ordered the combo box and there were nearly any fries or chicken nuggets and the sandwich had nearly no lettuce. I had to go back and ask for more and still didn’t give much. Super disappointing. I would rather eat anything else than this again.

  I placed an order by mistake and called the store approximately two minutes later to cancel it. I was told that the cancellation would be passed to the manager and that the refund would take about 3–4 days. I followed up by phone several times. Today, I was told that someone would call me back within 10 minutes, but no one called. When I called again, the staff member refused to give me their name, would not let me speak with a manager, and then told me that the refund could take 3–4 weeks instead. I understand that refunds may take some time to process, but the lack of clear communication, inconsistent information, and refusal to provide a manager or even a staff name made this experience extremely frustrating. I would appreciate a clear written confirmation that the order has been cancelled and that the refund has actually been processed.

  Went in for lunch today. Had a sandwich, it was juicy and crisp. The staff was quick and friendly. One of my best experiences at a fast food chain
