  I’m very happy with the service, no doubt! I visited around 6:30 PM when it was very busy. The cashier did mention that there would be a wait, but I was completely satisfied because I received a proper, fresh meal. The food was really tasty, and the girl who served me treated me very well. I’m happy to visit this location again. Great service and great food!

  We ordered one box meal for my kids. Waited for 15 minutes people came after us got there ordered in 5-7 minutes. Once my kids started crying I asked how come my order not ready yet standing here from 15 minutes. I got reply they forgot to turn on temperature so my food will take 10 more minutes . Girl at front was nice though she saw my little kids crying . I had to take my money refund . It was so disappointing. KDC never gives good service doesn't matter which location.

  I ordered original piece Thigh and chicken waited for almost 20 to 25 minutes and they kept on saying five more minutes and when i said I want my refund back. There was no apology or no explanation given from the employee she was extremely rude.

  I went to this location today and requested the sandwich of the day. The employee at the till told me politely, but adamantly that the SotD promo was only Monday through Thursday. Standing in line, I downloaded the KFC app to show them that in fact they did have the promotion on Fridays, and that their discounted sandwich was the big crunch. I left without ordering. If they don't know their own menu, how can I trust them to prepare the food they don't know they have?

  First of all, if there is a zero star, i would give it a zero. I ordered a box for one combo today and ended up getting a different size of the popcorn chicken compared the one on the picture. The manager is very argumentative and insisting that it is the one on the description. I explained to her that the menu description is different from the one in the picture. And I am expecting to get what a saw on the picture. She then continue to keep on talking and insisting. I ended up asking for a refund to my card. Then the manager said she will just give me a cash coz their having an issue with the machine...
