  super salty chicken, weird tasted seven up. poor communication of the staff, ignore or not understanding my ask of take away, 昨asked again, she put the chicken into a box on a tray, no paper bag. super ridiculous. ask for SPC discount instore which said clearly in the app, she said only online with discount. I asked again and show her the app again, she said she will try. Will never visit again.

  7up drink tasted weird. Ordered 2 piece chicken special, fries were dead and gave me so little. Super salty chicken. I won't ever go back.

  I got chicken yesterday from here. It had a hair in it. I understand that these things happen sometimes. I went there and talked to them and they gave me another one. The problem i faced was talking to the person at the front counter. I was not able to communicate with her at all. She dont even know how to speak english properly. I can understand that people might have issues with language but why are they in the front dealing the customers then. I dont know the name of the staff but she was wearing a cap that said digital captain. I think being in digital platform is better for her now. Until she is properly able to communicate with customers.

  Stopped at this store at Richmond centre food court. Ordered 1 big crunch combo and 1 double slider that comes with 2 drinks. I told the young cashier I only want one drink as taking public transit today. When I picked up my food I asked for a bag for the fries. The young girl responded they charge for a bag which is $0.25 which is reasonable but I declined her offer because I only took one drink instead of 2 she should be smart enough to give me a free bag. Very obvious she has no customer service experience. KFC used to be onr of my favorite fast food but probably not come again to this location
