  Food is always the same, idk why people say quantity is less, they filled my bowl and it was more than enough for me. Special thanks to Mandeep or someone else (pardon me if i am saying the wrong name) who didn't charge me for extra protein as my free extra protein code got locked somehow. Very sweet and professional experience.

  Chipotle CEO promises 'no team member' will say no if you ask for more food — but hungry customers aren't convinced. For years, Chipotle Mexican Grill built its reputation on oversized burritos and packed bowls that felt like a decent deal, even as restaurant prices climbed.3 days ago. -You have to ask 3 or more times for extra. They ignore you. Then when we paid the cashier grabbed $20 bill from my son's hand and tore it in half then she wouldn't accept it. When the manager came over to ask what happened, they had a discussion in a different language, then blamed my son. The cashier wouldn't accept the bill that she ripped and demanded an alternate payment. Terrible service.

  Although this Chipotle has low ratings, I've never had too many issues with the food or service, until today. When I went to pick up my mobile order, the staff member asked me for my name and I told her. She then passed me two bags which I took to my car with me. While in the car, I noticed that one of the bags had something I hadn't ordered and upon looking at the name, I realized it wasn't mine. When I brought it back to the store, she turned the blame onto me, saying that I had taken an extra order. Mind you, she had passed me both bags and never mentioned to me from the time I took it that it was not mine! Mistakes happen, but blaming a customer who's doing the right thing to fix the situation is absolutely inexcusable. On top of that, the bag somehow had gotten so wet that it broke shortly after I picked it up, causing the food to spill out the bag. This disappointing service is such a shame, as I've never had too many complaints about the food. I hope this feedback is something to take note of for the future.
