Really good portion and every thing tasted fresh, I got exactly what I customized. Also, chips and guac were fantastic. So I don’t know what the low rating is really about.

I was here at this location yesterday and guy a guy was fighting with the GM for just $3 dollars, wanted a free guacamole which was not even included in his app and was saying that the GM is unprofessional. Just want to say that Chipotle should stop serving such customers who just want everything for free.
- SCStay CoolSep 1, 20263.0Really disappointing experience at this location. They had run out of rice and were basically out of steak. I still ordered, but the portion I received was tiny — literally around four pieces of steak and a very small amount of rice — while I was still charged full price. The chips were also stale. I wasn’t given a receipt, although I have the Apple Pay transaction showing what I paid. What made the experience worse was the customer service afterward. I contacted Chipotle to explain what happened and ask for a reasonable refund or credit. After receiving no response, I followed up again and was ignored a second time. I understand restaurants occasionally run out of ingredients, but if you can’t provide a normal portion, you shouldn’t charge customers full price for it. Between the food, portion size and complete lack of response from customer service, I won’t be returning to this location. UPDATE: Chipotle Customer Care eventually got back to me and was able to locate my purchase despite me not having a receipt. They apologized, documented the issue for the restaurant/management team, and added a free entrée to my account. It did take about a week and some following up to get the issue resolved, but I appreciate that they ultimately made it right.
