The female employee was not interested in providing service, it was abundantly clear that this was the case when a customer asked which order was hers it was clear it took every ounce of her energy not start screaming at her for having the audacity to ask a question. The only about five minutes later another woman asked for the dipping sauce included with her order and the same employee said and I quite "What do you want?" In a very combative tone, I almost decided to cancel my order before I had even places an order. Due to the limited time I had for my lunch break I elected to remain and I regretted my decision. It was slow, mediocre at best and way over priced! I don't plan to return and I recommend you don't either.

Staff was rude and unprofessional, ordered a famous bowl at 7:15pm and was told it was too late for that shit

This is a order and go style service. My only wish is that they could figure out how to make the food not so greasy all of the time not just sometimes. And BRING BACK the GREEN COLESLAW 💚!!!

Three times I've been here and all three times, sorry we're out of chicken...there's usually no one at the counter when you get there so you have to yell out for them to come to tend to you. Guys do better, I leave hungry once more...
