  Stopped here may 4th Ate no where else, got food poisoning. Poor staff hygene and meat that was obviously too old and not refrigerated properly

  Took over 30 minutes to even order our sandwiches. Once we got to the counter FINALLY, the staff didn’t help us and failed to mention they were making approximately 10 mobile order sandwiches/bowls, while approximately 8 of us in line continued to stand there waiting. The staff were very slow, despite the huge line that accumulated. Not impressed, don’t understand how it can possibly take this long. Also I have noticed on a few occasions, the lettuce is old and not fresh as well as the bread seems to be hard.

  The bread was so hard. Didn't ask for pickles and found some in the sandwich.
