  I called the store today to try to purchase a gift card for a coworker that was evacuated due to wildfires. They refused to take my payment over the phone. I live in a different city so I can’t attend in person. Not great considering we’re in a provincial state of emergency and people are trying to find ways to support friends and family from afar.

  Place is holding the whole town on its back. Gotta give it to them. Everyone’s nice. I can see them hating the city travellers coming and buying them out. That makes sense. But still nice staff regardless. I’d talk about prices but what’s the point, it’s the only grocery store in town 😂
