- SSScience Officer StefanieAug 29, 20265.0Why are you always closed? Pizza is good, the one time i was able to order from you but you are always closed??
- ASAidan SullivanAug 19, 20261.0Ordered pizza, delivery. Two hours later still making pizza. Then go to store, the store closed when it’s supposed to be open. Can’t get refund 40 bucks gone thx
- GJGlowing JewelsAug 19, 20261.0Placed an delivery order at around 1pm on a Wednesday on papa John’s app, app doesn’t update on if it’s being made. It was supposed to be delivered around 1:40 and I wait until about 2:40 but nothing updated. Call around 3pm and no answer. I drove to the store and they are completely closed and have no sign on the door saying why. Unsure as to why they are still taking orders if they aren’t open. Absolutely calling papa John’s customer help for a refund as this is ridiculous and after waiting for hours and reading reviews it seems I’m not the only one.
- VWV WAug 18, 20261.0Took 2 hours for delivery. This at 2:30 in the afternoon. Pretty sure my pizza say under a heat lamp the entire time. Asked for add feta on a meat lovers and that's the only cheese that was on there. I've done take out before and never had a problem but I'll never do delivery again. Finding a decent pizza in town has become an impossibility, time to make my own.
- KCKyle ClarkeAug 15, 20261.0Why is it that Pappa John's doesn't want to be open at dinner time on a Saturday? I placed an order at 4:40pm and when I arrived to pick it up at 5:00pm it was closed with nobody working. This is the second time the store is seemingly not open when placing an order. Are they just allergic to money? Who knows. But if you're looking for a lease at a prime location on Central, I don't think a pizza chain can afford that much square footage by not operating their business during peak hours.
