  I picked up a pizza. When I ordered they told me it would take 20 minutes, I waited. Got a pizza 20 minutes later, got home in 15 minutes, it is May and warm outside. My pizza was cold by the time I arrived home. I don't know how that's possible for a "fresh" pizza, but the cheese had the texture like it had been refrigerated at one point

  We came in for the Mother’s Day heart special. She seemed a little slower at serving us and understanding what we’re asking but once we got rolling, everything was great. From delicious food. To well cooked. Delicious delicious again the food was. She did a great job. Would eat here again. Plenty of parking. Happy.

  I ordered three whole pizzas with no bacon and no sausage. However, after pickup, I saw the staff put bacon on the pizzas. When I asked for a refund, they initially refused. After some discussion, they agreed to remake the pizzas, but they were made very poorly and carelessly.

  This has been my favorite pizza place for ages, however I have been increasingly disappointed with the service. The last few orders I have placed, both carry out and delivery, have been delayed up to an hour. It seems that the staff are not monitoring online orders as they haven’t started the orders until I call the restaurant directly or until I arrive to pick up the order after placing it 30 minutes prior. For carry out orders, I have arrived multiple times to staff members standing around doing nothing and the order not even started. On the most recent delivery order, the tracking information didn’t update at all and it had been 45 minutes since the order was placed. I called and the staff didn’t seem to understand or care what I was telling them, asking “Are you just complaining about how long it’s taking?” and telling me that the order would take 15-20 minutes, even though I placed the order 45 minutes prior to calling. The order ended up taking another 50 minutes to arrive. The food arrived in good condition and was still very good. The customer service here needs some close supervision. It has been consistently disappointing over the past few months and, until orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, I will order from somewhere else.

  We got a large veggie, large pepperoni and a medium cheese pizza. It was great-tasting for such a cheap pizza (discounted). I'm usually the type to need chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, etc. on my pizza because usually it's bland but this was actually kinda flavourful. The crust was nice, fluffy and crusty, almost like a wood oven style. Also, it wasn't that hard on the stomach. Definitely ordering again and the online 50% off deal right now is awesome. Great for a cheap Christmas time pizza :)
