  I ordered online like I've done many times and went to pick up my order and sat for 10 minutes and then I asked the lady if my order was getting made she said yes it's getting made. Then another 20 minutes later my order was still not ready I got up and told the young kid to cancel my order and I want my money back. The rude lady who originally told me my order was getting made 20 minutes ago told the kid to go help the next customer and told me to make a complaint online. Worst customer service I've ever met. And I still haven't received my money.

  The food is good! But i'm finally done going here. The portion sizes, price creep and reduction of options has created a "more for less" outcome. I understand inflation, however the expectation with paying more would usually be to recieve the same amount, rather than receive less. Meat portions - The employees scoop half of the meat twice, but in reality the spoon isn't half full either time. Everyone does this so it appears it was trained rather than learned. Cheese - The spoon is not full. Why even offer cheese? You don't want to provide anyone with a reasonable amount. Rice - Not a full scoop. Why? At least I would be full in the end, and this is just filler. Veggies - I recieved 4 individual pieces of veggies. The last 2 times I received no veggies because they were "being prepared". Beans - There were 2 options but now you get what they have. There is not a choice. The employee did make it right when I brought this to their attention, but I can't bother going back. I don't want the experience of wondering if I should say something or not.

  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The employee who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived with still 20–30 minutes remaining before closing time and wanted to order fries, but he refused to make them, claiming they were “out of it.” The way he spoke to us was dismissive and unfriendly, which made the situation even worse. As paying customers, we expected better service, especially during regular operating hours. The poor attitude and lack of customer service left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

  Worst customer experience ever. I orderd food for take out through uber, it said my food was ready to pickup and when i was there they told me to wait that its not ready yet. I aksed whats the point to order it early. The old guy , proably the owner, said to cancel it and leave. He was so rude. Never going back there!
