  Very disappointing experience at Mucho Burrito. The employee who served us was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived with still 20–30 minutes remaining before closing time and wanted to order fries, but he refused to make them, claiming they were “out of it.” The way he spoke to us was dismissive and unfriendly, which made the situation even worse. As paying customers, we expected better service, especially during regular operating hours. The poor attitude and lack of customer service left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

  Worst customer experience ever. I orderd food for take out through uber, it said my food was ready to pickup and when i was there they told me to wait that its not ready yet. I aksed whats the point to order it early. The old guy , proably the owner, said to cancel it and leave. He was so rude. Never going back there!

  Poorest customer service, really bad portioning of everything. Either the owner of this place is messed up or they need to do serious work on their staff. What’s up with the attitude, man? Every time I go there it’s different staff but the same behaviour. I myself have worked at a burrito place for a couple of years, so it’s not that hard, man. The old guy’s behaviour—I tried to put up with it many times thinking he’s elderly, it’s okay, maybe he’s making ends meet. Other two young guys, all of them, bruh what’s wrong with you? Only the tall guy is calm. Just a couple pieces of lettuce they are adding, no portioning of meat. Do they even know what the standard amount of each meat or other toppings go in different sizes? Because apparently that does not appear to be the case. Then they are complaining they can’t roll it or close it, like are you serious? I had a veggie burrito—only a couple slices of peppers and the rest was onions, okay. Then if you ask for both beans, most of the time they would say they don’t have black beans. Proceeding to other toppings, lettuce is just 2–3 pieces. If I order chicken, it’s chewy most of the time, burnt. I never went back to return it or complain about it, but like come on man, you need to pick up your slack, like seriously.
