I have been visiting this location since 2016. When I do go it is usually for breakfast or coffee in the morning. I am giving this a 5* review solely based on the morning staff member at the drive thru window. She has been there since I started going to this location in 2016. Her customer service is incredible and has been consistent throughout the 10 years I have been going. It is at a level of service that no other McDonald's employees at this location can even come close to. It's a customer service that was once more common 20 years ago, but somehow started to drop off 15 years ago. She is a last bastion of great customer service. I hope she gets the praise she deserves from management and beyond. I do not know her name but she always begins with "I hope you have a nice day."

I have been a consistent daily customer for years to this restaurant, I always get my ice coffee on my way to school, in the past 2 weeks I've noticed alot of customer service changes, and changes in quality of the product. There has been a layer of an unidentified black substance on the bottom of my coffee multiple times in the last 2 weeks, this morning when I used the drive through the person working the window did not get my order correct so I had to order again, use my points again and still pay for the second coffee so I used points for 2 coffees, but only got 1 for free with points and still had to pay for the other one. I have mentioned I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant for 3+ years and recently I have become very dissatisfied with my service and this McDonald's will no longer be a part of my daily routine.

as someone who needs to save up to treat themselves to fast food, im so disappointed in what i recieved because it was actually so bad i could barely force myself to finish half and now i regret even trying to eat it anyway.
everything was spicy for some reason and smelled super weird ? the fries and one of the chicken nuggets were actually *very spicy*...but i didnt order anything remotely spicy.
fries, nuggets (no sauce), mcdouble and double cheeseburger (no mustard no pickles in both). the mcdouble appeared to be made from scraps of a different burger i think? it had white sauce and bits of lettuce in the ketchup and there was very obviously pickles in it at some point as the middle of the bun tasted like vinegar and was making me sick. there was a bunch a couple different sauces on the wrapper of both the burgers. the double cheeseburger smelled like fish and vinegar.
im actually so sad i spent my money on ordering from here and i think its finally put me off from mcdonalds food now. im sad, im very nauseous, my mouth is burning, i have a bunch of food thats just gonna go to waste and im still hungry. i think this is the worst fast food experience ive ever had.
praying to god i dont get an allergic reaction from anything because i have no idea what i just ate.
