  I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s inside Walmart at 6565 Southridge Ave. I placed an order through the app and selected table service, expecting a basic level of customer service. When my order arrived, I noticed there was no straw provided. I assumed it might have been a simple mistake, but when I politely asked the manager for one, he responded very rudely and told me to go get it myself. That’s not how table service is supposed to work. This isn’t just a one-time issue—I visit this location regularly, and this manager consistently speaks in a rude and unprofessional manner. It makes customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately, this location fails in that regard. Management seriously needs to address this behavior.

  Worker accidentally made SM milkshake instead of Snack Size. Supervisor scolds her "it is only snack size. Why did you make a small?" He then proceeds to grab a SN size cup and pour the milkshake into it, throwing out the rest. He then licked his fingers where he got some on his hand. He'd rather waste a cup and 2 oz of ice cream then to tell the customer Hey! Bonus we made a mistake, you get a small! Bad supervisor to scold like that and bad customer service to make a big deal and show of pouring out milkshake.

  Such a great service from Marion & team! 😊 He literally served the food right to every table & greeted us with a huge smile. Marion is so passionate in everything he does, from taking orders to serving the meals. Two thumbs up for you!

  I doordash from this McDonalds decently often. And more often than not they screw up my order. I either get a regular quarter pounder instead of the double or they just outright forget my items. I ordered 10 nuggets with my meal and they only gave me the dipping sauce with no nuggets. Come on, all I ask is I get what I paid for.
