  They frequently lie about hours on here. The workers can't even be bothered to lift the microphones to their mouth. You are in customer service. It's essential to be heard by your customers. And instead of printing off the order receipt so the worker doesn't have to pester someone else who may have other tasks and is overwhelmed while trying to help the incompetent one asking a thousand questions about an order that could have been prevented by doing a more efficient job, and when we arrived home with our order the gravy we paid for as sides for the combo (further showing the incompetence of this worker as she didn't even think to give us any sides at all) wasn't including we tried to call the location, we were hung up on 3 times in a row. Apparently no one here cared about the customer experience. I have no doubt the management team is gonna excuse them with automatic responses and do nothing about the incompetence of their team.

  Order was missing gravy and their phne option to speak with someone just hangs up on you. VERY POOR quality food than it was 20 years ago. Your service terrible

  Very disappointed. I ordered a meal box through DoorDash, but only received a Diet Pepsi and a dip—the entire meal was missing. I tried calling the store several times, but no one answered. Poor service and a very frustrating experience.
