    Just the worst service whenever I go here, sometimes they forget an item, the last time they just full out forgot the order, sat waiting in the car for 15 mins, go in and they have no record of the order, chose any other location

    I’m a frequent customer at this McDonald’s and usually have no issues with my food. Today, however, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two Junior Chickens, and the employee who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. When I received my food, I noticed that one of the chicken patties looked oddly shaped. At first, I assumed McDonald’s had changed the patty design, but then I noticed an unusual color coming from the middle. When I opened the sandwich, I discovered that it appeared to be two patties fused together, and the center was raw. I brought it back and showed it to the manager. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled. The manager didn’t say a single word—no apology, no acknowledgment, and no concern about serving undercooked food. She simply took the sandwich to the back and returned with a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t much better. The patty was dry, hard, and seemed as though it had been sitting for quite some time. To be honest, my biggest issue isn’t the Junior Chicken itself it’s the lack of customer service and professionalism in how the situation was handled.

    Went to McDonald’s because I literally just wanted one of their World Cup collectors cups. On the sign it said that I could get it with a Mcvalue meal so I ordered a junior chicken meal and specifically asked for the wold cup collectors cup with it. I noticed the worker punched in a regular junior chicken meal so I told him to make sure it comes with a collectors cup and he said it will. When I went to pay at the next door, I confirmed with the cashier that I didn’t want a regular junior chicken meal but the World Cup junior chicken meal, he told me okay and confirmed with his coworkers that it came with the cup which he said yeah. Receiving my order at the next window, I notice I don’t receive the collectors cup which I specifically kept asking for, I ask if they can add it on and I’ll pay whatever the difference is and she said you can’t get it with junior chicken meals. I assume I read the sign wrong so I drive off disappointed as that is the only reason I went there. I then decide to park and double check and notice that I was correct, you can get the cup with a mcvalue meal. I go back to the store and show the worker, and she says there’s nothing we can do. I then ask for the manager, and the manager also says you can’t get the cup with a junior chicken meal. I then ask why does it say on the sign outside that I can get it with a mcvalue meal, to which after a few minutes another coworker comes and shows the manager how to punch it in correctly. I ask if I can pay the $3 difference to get the cup, and instead she charges me $5 for a medium fries to be able to get the cup. I was really nice about it the whole time, and said I would pay whatever the difference was. Instead I got charged an extra $2, and didn’t hear a sorry from anyone. The fact that even the manager doesn’t know how to do her job is embarrassing. How hard is it to get the damn collectors cup. Can’t believe I had to go through all this for a simple cup.

    Idk why it’s hard to comprehend ppl don’t want to eat the hard green center of a tomato, literally you wouldn’t have served yourself this, why disrespect people paying for their food.

    These workers are verry disrespectful and do not understand the meaning behind customer service. We didn't get our food due to the frustration. Im sorry but when somone asked you a question in the drive through you dont give them sassy and attitude you respect and respond
