  I had a very disappointing experience at Save On Foods. I approached an employee named Feri for assistance, but instead of receiving help, I felt that she spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. During the interaction, she appeared angry, raised her voice, and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I was simply looking for assistance and expected courteous service. I hope management reviews this situation and works to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.

  Can usually find some bargains on meat if you’re willing to look and buy the stuff nearly at the best before date. We’ll stocked grocery store for the neighborhood

  Don’t buy a strawberry rubarb pie , it’s only filled with strawberry glaze, with a few pieces of fruit…. Disappointing…. On another note; Save on used to be the leader in a discount grocery store, once they rebadged Overwaitea stores as save on …. They slowly increased prices to the point where they are premium priced …. Can only afford to use this store for sale items now.

  Im sorry but your prices are wayyy to high. Not a customer anymore. Edited: I am amused by the standard reply from management at this location. Sure, call us at whatever phone number and we will address your concerns.. you don't get it. Your prices are way too high..yeah, fair enough, inflation, whatever...how would you explain for example that the exact same products you get at the competition are always half price compared to you? Examples? I am not waisting my time. Go buy 10 items at No Frills and then buy thr exact same 10 items at Save on. Compare bills...you will spend at least 50-70% extra at your store. And things on sale, at the very last minute like pork chops or chicken are not necessarily fresh. And your frozen fish boxes on sale are a joke. Face it. Overpriced
