Unfortunately, your order staff accepted and filled a large Door Dash order between making my Gluten Free burger and the second double bacon cheeseburger that we ordered. The end result was my meal was very cold ….. both burger and fries. The second double cheeseburger with bacon seemed to have got lost in the rush to fulfill the Door Dash order and it too was served cold ……. I would like to remind POCO 5 Guys that my walk in order is every bit as important as a Door Dash order and I should receive the same service and should also expect to receive hot food.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
