The fries were extremely soggy and mushy — they tasted old and felt almost wet, not fresh or crispy at all. I ordered three bacon cheeseburgers, and all of them fell apart in my hands after the first bite. The buns were too soft and everything just turned into a mess. On top of that, the burgers had no real flavor and were very underwhelming. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price, and I wouldn’t come back. Definitely not the quality I was expecting from Five Guys.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
