  The staff at the store's customer servive were so helpful in resolving an issue with a bad batch of potatoes for my mom, also, the produce manager Jim also very helpful and listened to all my mom's concerns. She received a full refund and exchange for a fresh bag, 500 extra points as part of their triple guarantee CPN. Many thanks Mike B

  I had a surprisingly memorable experience at Save-On-Foods. I was dealing with a badly infected hangnail that had become very painful, swollen, and filled with pus. David from the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me out. He helped me carefully clip the part of the toenail causing the issue, cleaned the area, and helped me bandage it up. I honestly wasn’t expecting that level of kindness and willingness to help from a grocery store employee. David was patient, compassionate, and made a painful situation much more manageable. It was a great reminder that excellent customer service is often about people going out of their way to help others. I really appreciated the care and support, and I would highly recommend recognizing David if you visit this location.

  Don’t get the chicken teriyaki roll. Barely any chicken (the cucumber and red pepper pieces are bigger than any pieces of chicken) and not much teriyaki sauce. Rice tastes like mayo. 0/10 would recommend to no one, only bought because I work in the mall and there’s not many other options and I can’t leave to get actual GOOD sushi. If I’m paying 8.50 plus tax for chicken sushi, I’d rather not have just the essence of chicken.
