- JSJOT SEKHONApr 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience today around 5:40 PM. I was the first customer there, yet the employee (Prem), chose to attend to others instead of helping me first. As a regular customer, I expected better service and at least some basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued or respected during my visit.I tried to leave the store but it is not good for me wasting the food.The interaction also came across as somewhat aggressive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This is not the level of service I’m used to, and it left a bad impression. Because of this experience, I would prefer not to return when Prem is on shift. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

They cooked the quesadilla for a long enough time and spent time to evenly distribute all the toppings. They just did all the small things really well. My only concern is that the sun is right in the staffs eyes for hours a day. Get some blinds and help them out.
