  Ordered take out. Gentleman at till rubbing under his nose. Cardboard boxes strewn about the floor between till a d walk in fridge at back. One on it's side empty. The Till operator walked around d them to the fridge and back. The chicken was soaked in grease as if it had been sitting in a puddle of it. I've never had a poor experience like this previously. First and last time at this location. They had run out of paper bags as well for any order larger than a hamburger and fries. The two ladies packing the meal were smiling an polite but, not a good experience.

  You have to wait longer than a restaurant to get your food, actually it’s not a fast food

  Poor service. App said order was done but upon arrival it want even started and also had to wait. Before it’s happened where I’ve arrived to pick up my order and had to wait 20 mins extra. You guys need to step it up a bit. The app is supposed to save time but you end up waiting anyway.

  Food was great. 2 staff were on and had to do everything from cooking to drive thru and counter service. No time to wipe tables. Apparently 2 staff called in sick. Why wasn't the franchise owner helping or more staff called in???
