  Chain food places should have same quality of food - well try that one to see that this fact isn't true.. soggy chicken that is tasteless, its rare that I throw away food no matter how bad it is. Service was great.

  Very disappointing experience at KFC Penticton I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received at this location. Due to a small language barrier while ordering, the supervisor showed no patience or willingness to help, which resulted in an incorrect order. When we returned to request a correction, we were treated disrespectfully. The supervisor yelled at us, mocked our English, ignored us while we tried to explain the situation, refused to provide her name, and became aggressive, hitting our food bag during the confrontation. No customer should be treated this way. Respect and professionalism are essential, regardless of language differences. I hope KFC management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action. We will not be returning to this location.

  Ladies bathroom was out of order Men's bathroom was disgusting couldn't use it Management didn't seem to care . Front end eating area was dirty. No white meat available . Will not go back.

  Bathroom was filthy. Only one bathroom available and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Staff were aware and used bathroom themselves ... however there was no soap so how did they wash their hands??? No salads! Didn't give ketchup, napkins or straws. Ordered food online but when we arrived they hadn't even started the order.
