  I’ve had a great experience with the online shoppers. I placed an order recently and didn’t add flu medication, the store phoned me regarding my shipment and I asked the shoppers to add flu medication. The woman I spoke to went above and beyond to retrieve the medication that I needed and she was a sweetheart on the phone.

  One of the best supermarkets I've ever visited for customer service. Nothing was too much, staff offering help to customers and highly knowledgeable. I wouldn't usually leave a review for a grocery store, but this was too impressive not to. Thank you!

  Im sorry but this is the second time the cashiers have used points for things that I didnt want to use them for, only for me to come home and see she redeemed my points for eggs when I was saving for something else!!!!!!!! She seemed more concerned about her fake nails popping off during checkout than paying attention to what she was doing. Be careful when getting checked out, and make sure you check your receipt before you leave.

  Multi million dollar profits and Patison can't pay to keep a bathroom clean. If this is the cleanliness standards of what the public has access to then what do the backrooms of meat, dairy, deli and produce look like? 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤢🤮 Both bathrooms. Jimmy, you do realize you sell food out of this building, right?

  If Quality Foods and the 21st century had a baby, it would be Save-On-Foods. It’s owned by the same parent company as QF, but somehow the prices are often noticeably better, the selection feels more current, and I don’t leave wondering where my grocery budget disappeared. They seem to do a much better job balancing everyday staples with newer products and international options. The store is bright, clean, and easy to navigate, and the staff have always been friendly in my experience. It has all the familiarity of QF, just with a fresher feel and pricing that doesn’t make you double-check the receipt. The only reason it isn’t five stars is because no grocery store has ever made me want to grocery shop. But if I have to do it, this is probably where I’ll go.
