  Fantastic selection, unbelievable prices, and great overall variety! I absolutely love this market. They carry an impressive selection of items; truly everything you need and so much more. What blew me away during this visit was finding Ahi tuna in stock. Typically, I can only find it at T&T, where it is very expensive (usually around $17 for just 200 grams). To my surprise, Save-On-Foods had a significantly larger portion for only about $5! The price difference and quality were unbelievable. Finding high end items at such fantastic value makes shopping here such a great experience. Highly recommend checking them out!

  Waiting for a birthday cake and get ignored. One was on the phone and the other saw me twice and ignored me bc her shift was over. So I went further down to another worker and asked if I could please get someone by the birthday cakes and she replied, "There's a lot of people over there." with attitude. I replied that they were busy...ruined my mood for my son's birthday. Rude for no reason.

  ⭐️ I’ve always considered Sewan Food a good store with fresh-quality products, so unfortunately, this pizza was a big disappointment. The pizza was not good at all. The crust was too thick, the toppings didn’t taste fresh or flavorful, and the overall pizza was too salty. The toppings were also very unevenly distributed. I understand that the pizza may be prepared using a machine, but the toppings were still quite messy and inconsistent. Some areas had much more topping than others, and the peppers were piled up in certain sections instead of being evenly spread across the pizza. For a store like Sewan Food, which I’ve always associated with good-quality and fresh products, I honestly don’t think this pizza meets the standard I would expect.   The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing. Today, I was using the self-checkout and accidentally entered the wrong code for a watermelon. I asked the customer service representative (Helen) for assistance, as the transaction required staff authorization. Instead of helping, she was rude and aggressive. She threw my items around and told me, “You have to do it yourself,” even though the system required her authorization to complete the transaction. Because of the way she handled my groceries, I decided not to purchase anything. I then went to the customer service desk to express my concern. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, the same employee—whose name is Helen—came over angrily, argued with me, and raised her voice. I regularly shop at Save-On-Foods locations and have never experienced this level of disrespect or unprofessional behavior. If an employee is having a bad day or doesn’t feel comfortable working, that should never be taken out on customers who are simply trying to shop. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this location, and I will not be returning.
