  Entered the store at 7:55pm to make a quick purchase. At 8pm on the dot - 30 seconds after making the usual ‘store is closing’ announcement a staff member came straight to me - the only person in the store and told me the store was closed and I had to leave. So unfriendly and unnecessary.

  You gotta love the local grocery. Not the lowest prices but great selection, convenience, and wonderful staff!

  Solid variety of fresh local produce and products. Have stocked products we have requested twice -local yogurt and soy milk. It's a destination store. Appreciate the staff!!!

  I have been to Nestor’s both near me and in Vancouver many times. I have been very happy with the variety of foods that they have and with the expanding section of organic produce. I was especially happy recently when I discovered that they had fair-trade bananas from a company that is woman led, and they were delicious! It can be hard to get bananas that don’t ripen too quickly or aren’t already either too ripe or too green but these were perfect!
