They are always understaffed and I feel bad for the one solo employee trying to juggle the lineup of people AND the endless mobile orders pouring in. My last visit, the manager was fussing over the staff, getting in the way and eventually started making my order. Halfway through he just walked away and out the front door. An employee asked if the fries in the fryer were mine? How would I know. Manager eventually breezed back into the store from the parking lot and rushed through the rest of my order. Zero customer service skills. Acted pretty cool but what would be cool, would be getting a burrito in under 20 mins. Today I attempted to get lunch and it was so slow and disorganized that I waited around for 10+ mins and left. No fault to the ONE girl working. Clearly not managed well.
