- AXAyian XApr 10, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at McDonald's. The staff behavior was completely unacceptable. One of the female staff from India was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked her to put the ice cream in a cup, she gave me an aggressive stare as if I had done something wrong. It didn’t stop there—after preparing the order, she literally pushed/threw the ice cream onto the counter in a careless and disrespectful way. This is not how customers should be treated, under any circumstances. This kind of attitude and behavior is completely unprofessional and will not be tolerated again. If this continues, it reflects very poorly on the brand and the management of this location. I expect better service and basic respect when I’m paying for food.
