  The manger was rude, horrible service and gross food. No care in making any burgers....just slapped together. I'll never go in there again. They will all be replaced by AI robots in the next 5 years with the attitude and poor customer service. Manager is lucky I didn't pull him over the counter the way he spoke to me. I'd suggest any other place in Lonsdale Quay other than that McDonalds

  In the evening,there’s One old filipina lady always angry without any reason.Whenever i order mobile app she wants to prepare it by her own only .i don’t know if she has special preparation to that order.Lots of people waiting long time in front of counter and yet they can’t manage to solve specially there’s more staff.

  I was going to stop and eat here at McDonald's to charge my phone before going to Lynn Canyon, but every single plug in I tried (no fewer than four) inside didn't work. Therefore I left as quickly as I arrived.

  I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. This happened yesterday, April 18, at approximately 4:30–5:00 PM. We placed an order to pay in cash and waited at the counter, but a male employee repeatedly ignored us. He walked right in front of us multiple times without acknowledging us at all. After about 10 minutes, a girl who appeared to be in training finally came to help us. She was kind and professional, but as soon as she approached the register, the male employee told her loudly, in front of us, “I told you not to do cash.” His tone and attitude were completely inappropriate. We even felt the need to apologize to her in case we got her in trouble, which says a lot about how uncomfortable the situation was. When our order was ready, the same employee didn’t call it out or hand it to us. He just left it sitting there until the trainee noticed it and said it was ours. To make things worse, when we asked for ketchup, he only gave us one packet, even though we ordered a large and a medium combo. When we politely asked for more, he gave one more, and only after insisting did he give us a total of four. It felt unnecessarily difficult for no reason. I’m not sure what the issue was , whether it was because we were paying cash or something else , but his attitude toward us, and even toward the trainee, was unacceptable. If someone doesn’t like their job, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. We truly hope this kind of behavior is addressed and does not happen again, not only to customers but also to other employees. It was honestly uncomfortable to witness the tone and manner in which this man spoke to the new employee.
