  Had a Zinger drip box. Girlfriend had a big crunch. Had to put in a second order for the big crunch because the Indian behind the counter had already tuned out half way through taking my order and rang it up without the big crunch. The zinger drip looked nothing like the sandwich on the advertisement (ya know, dripping). Looked more like a zinger squirt than a drip. Which is a shame, because the sauce is quite tasty. There was just 1/8th the amount I expected. It was also lukewarm, and we ate in. Next time I'll just get a bucket and a tub of the sauce for dipping. Going to be difficult to screw that up. One extra star because the guy gave me 5 packets of hot sauce without me even asking.

  I ordered from the zinger drip menu and was surprised at how little of the sauce they actually put on the chicken. The ads would have you believe they bathe the chicken in sauce, while in reality it's barely half covered. They also forgot my poutine.

  I recently visited KFC and had a pretty good experience overall. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which is exactly what you expect from KFC. I also tried the fries and they were well-seasoned and tasty. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff were polite and helpful. My order didn’t take too long, even though it was a bit busy. The atmosphere was simple and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and eat. One thing that could be improved is the waiting time during peak hours, but that’s understandable since it’s a popular place. Overall, KFC is a great choice if you’re craving fast food, especially fried chicken. I would definitely visit again.

  I’m very disappointed with this KFC location on Lonsdale (23rd Street). The staff are extremely slow, disorganized, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. The tables inside are almost always dirty and covered with leftover food and spilled drinks. Service is very slow and lacks any sense of order or efficiency. Every time I visit this branch, I regret it. It’s clear that serious attention and management oversight are needed to improve both the staff performance and hygiene standards. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and makes necessary improvements.
