I had to wait so long even though the restaurant was not busy. The portion sizes were also very small compared to the price. Definitely not the quality and service I expected. – Khushi
- JJJo5 days ago1.0This is the worst Chipotle I've ever seen. I've been to many cities and never encountered one this bad. Many items were unavailable. They gave me chicken scraps without any staff offering to help. Then they asked if I wanted steak, and when I said yes, they gave me half a steak. Finally, they charged me for a steak – ridiculous! Why did I pay for chicken scraps in the first place instead of steak? This restaurant deserves an even lower rating. The staff's attitude was appalling; everyone had a sour face, and they wouldn't even provide a bag. I will never return here!
