  Wow what a great restaurant because of my amazing server Abby Kim. She was out of this world! We bonded over the delicious and fresh guacamole. I loved the good vibes and great music like Unholy by Sam Smith. Abby Kim I think you are the best chipotle worker I have ever met, keep up the grind! 🔥🔥🌯

  Very disappointing experience. The staff don’t seem to care about customers and barely communicate. They work very slowly, and nothing is prepared in advance. Even after I arrive for my scheduled pickup, they often stop what they’re doing, then start cooking the meat and chicken from scratch. I end up waiting a very long time, sometimes close to an hour, even though the order was supposed to be ready. The whole process feels disorganized, and there is no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. Communication is poor, and getting updates about the order is difficult. On top of that, the food quality is only average and not worth such a long wait. I won’t be coming back.

  Bro let me tell you I'm from Mexico and this makes me remember daddy's cooking. The staff be generous just like daddy fr fr. This dude named Max (handsome 🥵 but kind old looking) even looked like my daddy. I lowky be eating here again soon would recommend

  food was alright, service was great though shout out max for being so kind and making my day ( he did a backflip on the counter to entertain me)(jk)but he was great!!! also shoutout to cameron ( he did some handstands and cartwheels to entertain me on the patio) (not jk) he was also good!!! also shoutout brendan (he carried out to my car when i was done then started playing me my outro music (all i do is win : by dj khaled) he was great too !!! also (imagine this playing as you finish reading) We the best All i do is win, win, win no matter what (what) Got money on my mind, I can never get enough('nough) And every time I step up in the building, everybody hands go up And they stay there (yeah) And they say, "Yeah" (yeah) And they stay there (up, down, up, down, up down) 'Causeall i do is win (win), win(win), win (now the music is fading away as you read) ALSO this review is over (mic drop)

  Every time I’ve ordered at this location, whether online through their app or delivery service, service has been incredibly slow. Every time I go to pick up and order it hasn’t even been put out yet and you have to wait a long time for someone to help you, or try to insert yourself between paying customers to try and ask the staff where your food is. Tonight there were four people working, one actively serving a customer, but at least three people waiting for online orders which were visible on the screen. It took 8 minutes since I entered at the pickup time for a staff member to come over and help everyone waiting to pick up orders. TL;DR - never order pickup from this location unless you have an extra 15 minutes to spare and like being ignored at the pickup counter.
