The bowl was very poorly assembled (crooked and cold) and the portions were noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations. He also came across as cold and rude, and seemed to be bossing the other employees around. The service was very poor and I didn’t feel the least bit welcome. That said, another employee there was incredibly kind and made the bowls with much more care and attention. I really appreciated his attitude. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing enough that this location has lost me as a customer.
