  I visited the Save-On-Foods location in New Westminster on Columbia Street today, and I had a wonderful experience. The prices were very affordable, and there were plenty of great discounts available. I would especially like to recognize one of the staff members, JAKE, who went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very kind and attentive—he even helped me get a cart so I wouldn’t have to carry heavy grocery bags. I have a back injury, and that small act made a big difference for me. JAKE also took the time to share information about a library program that my son might enjoy, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to receive that level of thoughtful and friendly service. This experience truly made my day, and I will definitely be shopping at this store more often. Thank you to the team for such excellent service!

  Terrible experience, this women named isha I believe, was extremely rude she would interrupt me while I was asking questions and didn’t even know where the condiments were! How does that even happen unless she’s training she should know where probably the most asked for product is…
