  In my experience, despite the *crazy* volumes at this location, the staff have been responsive and happy to assist customers when possible. The food was hot as expected.

  Horrible! We ordered the new Sandwich Chetos flaming hot, and it was very bad, the chicken is super dry, it is not flaming hot, they just put a whole salty sauce, the potatoes are badly poured, the whole order was of very poor quality.

  The customer service here is sooo bad it’s bullshit actually. The other kfc’s that I’ve visited were okay but this one was soo bad and I would like to talk to the manager if possible because they were assuming that my dad was lying. We had coupons and they said since we want to get 2 things from the coupon it needs to be separate cards, so my dad said okay we’ll use 2 different cards. We paid the first one and when he was going to pay the second one the Lady that worked there was assuming that my dad is still paying with the same card when he clearly wasn’t. She started blaming him and telling him no no it’s the same card you can’t use it and stuff. She repeated that many time while my dad said I can’t show you my card info but you can check on the system. At first he was using TD then he changed it into pc financial. I don’t think those are the same card. The TD one had white background while the other one had black background. When my dad told the lacy that he can’t show his info the lady said to another girl that he is still using the same card and I think she clearly didn’t want to backup and she had no other choice to tell another person. So my dad kinda lost his temper because why the freak are they calling him a lair over 16 bucks. So when the other lady that wasn’t in the paying booth told the girl that let them pay it’s okay. But this customer service is not good at all and I would actually sue them but I don’t want to make it a big of a deal. But I clearly want KFC’s manager of that store to pay attention to this and response to me because it made me and my dad upset
