  Today Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience on my once a week outing from my home. Checked daily deals for me and was incredibly helpful, all with a smile. Thank you Fatima, such a great help today! 👏😄

  Just had the worst experience of my life at a grocer. The manager was tending to one of the tills and it was busy. I went to go see if there were and deals, as one must do these days, especially at this grocery and to get my lottery and waited a while. I went up and politely asked for a replay on my lottery, the MANAGER or Manager wanna be with a tie and an apron on, just looked at me with sarcasm said no. I said excuse me, he went on to say you can only do that at customer service. This is not what his other staff do, I have always been served for lottery at any checkout. I understand there are rules, but there is also something call courtesy and kindness, none of which this so called manager did. We are new to the area and have spent a bundle at this store to support local. That is completely over!!!

  I absolutely love the Red Gap / Nanoose QF store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond in customer service. From behind the Deli & Meat counter to the front house staff. Thank you Shelly for your unexpected offer to stay outside with Millie allowing me a quick shop because of the heat. The Cashier team always pleasant, regardless of years of experience ;) Thank you Austin for assisting me with carry out today.. These are only 2 of the individuals from today. It is true with the size of this location their inventory is not as robust as the larger locations. However is well stocked, variety beyond just basic needs. And the amazing customer service makes this location my go to destination. Thank you
