  21 minutes exactly waiting for an order. Drive-Thru is closed when I arrived minimal people working in the back. It seemed like nobody had their heads screwed on straight. If the food wasn't good it would have gotten one star highly suggest ownership takes new management into consideration. Obviously the new manager does not know what they're doing in sense of organization and keeping people on the right points. I saw people shuffling around more than musical chairs

  The place was incredibly filthy; the open restroom door faced the ordering counter, and the floor was sticky. The efficiency of taking and preparing orders was abysmal, and the management was in total disarray. Customers who arrived later got their orders first, while those who arrived earlier waited ages with nothing to show for it; the Indian staff member even talked back, claiming they were understaffed. Good grief—there were 7 or 8 staff members and hardly any customers, yet they were running around in a chaotic mess, unable to get orders out. A terrible experience—definitely a bad review.

  Zero good things to say about this place. When you walk in it is noticeably dirty in the dining area and the customer service is extremely slow while trying to make my order. Then once my order is made, i have waited no less than 40 mins for each time i’ve been to this taco bell and on top of that my food is always cold or stale when i do finally get it. Mind you this is on a very slow, non busy day with barely any people there. I will not be coming back to this taco bell. Also the KFC portion is not any better, my food always comes soggy and cold.

  We ordered for pickup on skip the dishes at about 10:30pm, which they closed at 11 and we got there at 10:40pm, and the doors were locked and the drive thru wasnt open either. We knocked and called as we had spent $45 on food, which we then got a worker who came out of the building and he said to talk to a manager and went to walk away, but we couldnt go inside. We then got the food, but they gave us an order completely wrong and got nothing right in it. Really bad service and they shouldn’t be closing 20 minutes prior to when they actually close. As someone who works in an establishment that uses skip, they shouldn’t be accepting orders if supposedly “closed”.

  This is an absolute disgrace! I just wasted 25 KILOMETERS, TWENTY-FIVE KILOMETERS, of my life driving for my Taco Bell fix, only to be met with your pathetic "CLOSED EARLY" sign. What in the actual hell kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you running?! My craving for a Baja Blast and a crunch wrap was monumental, and you didn't just crush my dreams, you obliterated them with your sheer incompetence. I'm beyond furious; I'm incandescent with rage! And don't even get me started on your history of this garbage. Thinking back to when I used to live in Nanaimo, this was a regular occurrence – closed completely or only serving KFC when you explicitly advertise being open until 11:00 PM! This isn't a one-off; it's a pattern of pure, unadulterated failure. NEVER AGAIN will I darken your door with my presence. You've lost a customer for life, and I hope your corporate overlords hear about this abysmal excuse for a restaurant!
