  Average fast food. Only 1 person working the cashier. A few people before us. Waited a few minutes before being served. With pre orders and drive theiugh priorities is a lot slower at 730 pm to order inside. 2 people ahead of us gave up and said they changed their minds and we're going to go to drive through.

  Came in around 9pm before catching the 10:40 ferry. Had 4 separate orders, no special instructions. Was told there was a very big $90 uber order ahead of us, but that it would only take 10-15 for our order. 45 mins later, food was not ready. Viewed one staff member wandering around the kitchen drinking out of a cup, another was cleaning tables and collecting garbage. 3 other patrons arrived and placed their orders after our group. Did not seek to be much urgency to make orders from 2/4 kitchen staff while the other 2 worked hard. Additionally, the bathroom looked like it had not been touched in years, all the tables had garbage on them, there were no lids for the drinks available at the self service fountain machine, nor were there napkins, condiments or cutlery. Also it was sub zero temps inside the dining area. Clearly the staff who were working were making an effort to keep up and they are appreciated. The only reason we waited it out was because there weren't any additional options that we wanted, so we do realize that is on us for coming in. We were able to scarf our food down and make it to terminal by 10:10pm.

  People were waiting so long to have their order taken that they left. After almost 30 minute wait to have my order taken was told it would be at least another 20 minutes. Another couple was waiting almost an hour for the food they ordered, yet the drive through was somehow moving. Absolutely abysmal service

  Horrible service. Had to wait over 10 minutes at the front of the line just to place my order, and then i ended up giving up waiting for it and got a refund instead. avoid this place if you can, unless you do doordash because those order seemed to have no troubke getting out the door. you should prioritize the people in your actual damn restaurant and druve thru, dont do doordash if you dont have the staff for it. whoever manages this place NEEDS TO GO.

  I was here yesterday regarding my own work which I cannot necessarily disclose but in my own personal experience, it was pretty lame. I'm used to the rare time I have to go here, seeing long waits of up to 40 minutes for basic fast food. But yesterday was really uncomfortable. One customer came in screaming and swearing nonstop that her food wasn't being addressed, when they parked her in the parking lot after she came thru the drive thru. But when she came in claiming she had been waiting 24 minutes and was swearing and yelling, suddenly not only was the food ready, but it was bagged. I'm confident they parked her just to not have to do her order right away, then forgot she was still there. When the employee kept telling her he agreed, the staff and restaurant he works at is rediculous, and said she shouldn't come back there. She just attacked him personally as a person which went from frustration about this restaurant, to personal attacks and abuse on the employee, the customer was not justified once she crossed those lines. They also closed the lobby and customers were eating in the lobby even though it was completely blocked off with garbage cans and the employee was yelling how the lobby was closed and the "customers didn't care and refused to stop eating there"... Again, the manager did not intervene on this either, he did not care about either incident. Finally, when I asked the employee how often people are abusive to him, cause at this point I geniunely felt bad for him, he said his coworkers were actually worse, and suddenly the manager came out and interrupted? Selective hearing I guess? I left as the manager interrupted only when the employee tried to vent but I clearly was willing to actually listen and let him vent so that was a very very seriously uncomfortable thing for me personally because he went out of his way to interrupt the conversation, but completely ignored the prior two incidents. I'm not scared of conflict or confrontation personally but I also do not enjoy drama, yelling and swearing when I'm at a fast food restaurant.
