By time I got to bottom I couldn't finish it. Also had order appetizer shrimp in batter forget the name but was only Luke warm. I'll stick with burger next time. They are always good. Disappointed for sure. Definitely wasnt worth the price. Thank you Management for your help in this matter. Means alot. Will definitely be back

We had ferry tickets and were short on time, so we asked if our orders could be taken and served as quickly as possible. The team immediately accommodated us, and we were able to enjoy our meal and leave within an hour. Aiden, our server, was kind, polite, attentive, and caring. This was our second great experience here as tourists visiting Nanaimo. We highly recommend Original Joe's and will gladly return on our next visit.

Our server took our order at 12:10 and we were served at 12:40. My dtr had to get back to work so at 12 50 asked for bill and she brought it and said would get machine. I waited until after 1 and finally went to counter for someone to take my payment. Was totally ignored!
