  The food was delicious. I had in mind what I wanted until I saw and smelled their chicken flame grilling behind the staff. Do not sleep on the grilled chicken. My pork was excellent but was stealing the chicken my kids were leaving everywhere :p

  Really glad to have a Mucho Burrito in Nanaimo now! Food was really good and the staff were friendly. Only downside is it is much more expensive than it used to be, but that’s about everything nowadays. Close to $20 for a mucho sized steak burrito. I’ll be back though, it’s my favourite place for burritos.

  Hands down one of the best spots in town when you’re craving a proper, massive burrito! What I love most is how customizable everything is. The toppings bar is always stocked, super fresh, and spotless. Whether you’re getting a bowl or a wrap, the flavor combinations are endless—their grilled chicken and fiery habanero salsa are an absolute must-try if you like a little kick. The staff here are fantastic, too—super patient when you’re customizing your order and generous with the portions. Great value for your money and consistently high quality every single visit. Definitely a 10/10 spot. I’ll be back again real soon!

  It was amazing! shoutout to the 2 workers that where at the front tonight i believe their names where Cohen and Zaun! They were amazing and made my experience amazing and super enjoyable. i hope to see the same energy they provided when i come back! Thank you for the amazing service! I’d highly recommend:)

  Very disappointed in this location compared to all other locations I've been to. Wouldn't do my usual order said they aren't allowed to add extra meat. Not enough cheese or jalapenos in the quesadilla. All around dry. So darn sad. Was so excited to have one local and don't need to travel up island or mainland for some good mucho. Hope they can follow what the rest of the locations do for patrons. I understand there will be extra charge and I've always had no problem. But the fact to be refused and served such a dry meal isn't okay.
