    Its too much messed up very dirty tables no one is coming to clean in siiting area so i didn’t recommend to go this shity place and very poor costumer service

    The Worst cracked out mcdonalds. From overcharging on nationally advertised prices to refusing service to motorcyclists. I will never go back to this mcdonalds ever in my life.

    I’m really disappointed with this McDonald’s location. Every time I visit, there’s an extremely long wait, whether it’s dine-in or drive-thru. It feels like they are always understaffed or poorly managed. The service is slow and often unorganized, and the staff don’t seem very attentive to customer needs. On top of that, the food quality doesn’t make up for the wait at all—it’s usually lukewarm and just average at best. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” this location really misses the mark. Definitely needs improvement in both speed and overall service.

    Ordered on the app, once I arrived at the location for pickup the app wouldn't load, it just kept spinning. I went in to talk to someone and pick up my order. After over 20 minutes of going back and forth with an employee who walked away from me multiple times. She kept telling me to accept or confirm something in the app but nothing was loading. After my patients ran up I asked if we can cancel the order and she told me to cancel it through the app. My food at this point was still sitting on the counter getting cold and she had no solution for me. I ended up leaving then having to contact through email to hopefully get reimbursed for my order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

    When this fast food restaurant manages to be open, their food and service is what you'd expect. However, they don't always open at 6am, and don't bother to post notices to inform the public. Moreover, they're not open on Sunday at all, to my knowledge. Unfortunately, they're the only restaurant in my immediate area, meaning half a mile away. Furthermore their focus seems to be mainly drive-through so, fast food is no longer an apt description for those of us who don't,or no longer drive. If this makes me sound as though I'm a disgruntled customer, so be it. 'nuf said.
