  Had a great experience at KFC recently! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. What really stood out was the new management—they’ve done an amazing job improving service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely a noticeable positive change. Highly recommend!

  I ordered 2 zinger burgers online and when I arrived to pick them up, they made me wait 5 minutes so that they could finish making them. I received them and they were COLD AND HARD. Not even edible. I didn’t notice this until after I got home. I couldn’t go back to return them because it was after 10pm now and they were closed. Extremely disappointed in this service and no one has helped me with this issue.

  Вот обновлённая версия: I’ve ordered through the KFC app many times, and almost every single time I arrive to pick up my prepaid order, they only start making it when I get there. What’s the point of ordering ahead then? This time was beyond ridiculous — I waited 40 minutes. The guy at the drive-thru said he would bring the order outside to me, but nobody ever came out, so I had to go inside and get it myself. What made it even more confusing was that there were around 10 employees standing in the kitchen while there were only 2 customers in the dining area. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet everything felt completely disorganized. And to top it off, when I got home, I realized they gave me regular KFC sauces instead of the Plum sauces I ordered. They also gave me chicken thighs instead of the 4 tenders I ordered. I don’t eat bone-in chicken, so the meal was basically ruined for me. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Quick and friendly service at the KFC drive-through. The food was fresh and tasty, and Yash was very polite and helpful. Great overall experience!

  Had a great experience at KFC! The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The food was prepared very quickly and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I was also really impressed with how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was, including the dining area and counters. Excellent customer service combined with fast service made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the better KFC locations I’ve visited — highly recommended!
