  Worst experience of life. Had to wait 50 minutes for food and when we got it, you would’ve guessed they reheated it in a microwave 30 minutes ago. Our food was cold. They messed up our order and there was churro powder on my cold chicken and completely missed all sauce ordered?? Watched the manager sit around grabbing glass after glass of water so then the other customers who are waiting an hour for food can’t even grab their drink. Also watched the manager sit around not wanting to refund the people who are about to miss their ferry who were told that it wasn’t that long of a wait. Never going there again unless I’m going to show my kid what bad work ethic is. Had to sit there and warn customers of how long the real wait time is.

  PLEASE DONT SPEND MONEY HERE WORST LOCATION it took a hour to get popcorn chicken poutine and a burrito 1 hour and the staff was rude to this one girl that had a ferry in 15 minutes they just walked past her one guy order a sandwich and it took over 30 minutes and the manager was drink right in front of the drink dispenser come on kfc this is not ok edit it was stale and they didnt even rap my burrito right edit they got are burritos wrong to they gave us beef burrito we ask for cheesy burrito and the fries where over seasoned never going back

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC First off, we went through the drive-through and it wasn’t even working. Next thing we come into the store and we ask them for a boneless box and they tell me it doesn’t exist and I have ordered a boneless box at every single KFC that I have ever been to and they kept denying it and told me that there’s only a boneless bucket which is $40 and I won’t eat that by myself they eventually found the boneless box and then next thing you know there is no straws Or couples where they’re supposed to be so we have to ask them for it. And then once we receive our food, it is the most old left out food ever it’s worth it to go to. The one in the mall don’t come here. and it’s gross in there and it’s too cold

  There is about 10 people just standing in line… been here for about 10 minutes. I have never experienced such patients! I’m however not sure if there are any employees working! This is probably the worst kfc in Nanaimo… I’d head over to the mall if I hadn’t ordered online… maybe it’s quicker? Idk! Bathroom is a lot better than last time as are the tables … but yeah I’ll try my best to not come back here… people are walking out and no one is eating!!!! 45 minutes later… still no food and I’m unable to cancel my order….. for the love of god do better!!! People are pissed off! We can’t get out money back and a 1 hour wait after ordering online is absolutely ridiculous!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by this KFC in Nanaimo and had a great experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming you could tell right away this location cares about customer service. Everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. The food came out fast and fresh crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken and sides that tasted like they’d just been made. You could tell everything was prepared with care. The whole vibe of the place was warm and inviting, a real “clean and comfortable” kind of spot to grab a meal. Will definitely be coming back highly recommend this location to anyone in the area craving good KFC with great service to match!
