  First off the app didn’t work. I tried to pay 3 times with my already added card from a previous purchase. The QR code on the coupon doesn’t work. So we went in and they wouldn’t do one sandwhich at a time. All 3 at once. No. That’s not how this works. Asked for extra of everything, next to nothing ask for more, still next to nothing. Apparently they’re not allowed to do one samdwhich at a time which is bs. We’re paying this much for a sandwhich we’re technically making ourself, we should get it made how we want it. Since when did subway get so stingy? Signed - I ain’t coming back

  Absolutely perfect visit - fresh and friendly! Stopped in on a busy weekday afternoon expecting a wait, but the service was surprisingly quick and efficient. The employee who made my sandwich was incredibly friendly and asked all the right questions about toppings and sauces. The bread was fresh and warm, and all the veggies looked crisp. A completely smooth and satisfying experience. This is how Subway should always be.

  There was a girl employee assisting me few days ago, when I came in to purchase a salad. I was waiting at the counter for approximately 4–5 minutes while she was in the back, and when she came out, she was on a phone call. After ending the call, she did not wash her hands or apologize for the delay and immediately started preparing my sandwich. She appeared distracted throughout the process, was not paying proper attention, and spoke in a rude and unprofessional manner. This was not an isolated incident. A few days ago, I had a similar experience with the same employee. I don’t normally put reviews , but due to the repeated nature of this issue, I felt it was necessary to bring this to your attention so that customer service and food safety standards can be properly addressed.
