  My daughter wanted a late night/early morning snack. We arrived at the drive through at 1:55am. There was only 1 lane open and 4-6 cars in front of us. We were greeted with a friendly greeting at the ordering screen. I tried to placed my order and then the employee asked me to hold for a minute. 5 minutes later she came back. I tried a Second time to place my order. I also asked if the ice cream machine was working? I was told to hold again. Two minutes later, she came back and said yes. I added a chocolate shake to my order. And basically here we sat in the same spot, not moving an inch and the lineup continuing to grow longer and longer behind us. I am not exaggerating when I said we sat in that lineup from the time I arrived placed my order and paid for my order for 35 minutes. When I got to the window to collect my food, they did not give me the correct size fries. I had to remind them that they were a large, not a medium. They did not give me the promotional nugget sauce that came with the meal and I had to ask for that. You were forced to go through the drive-through Is not open. I understand it’s in the middle of the night but regardless it should not take 35 minutes in a drive-through. Unfortunately, the way this drive-through is designed once you get in it there’s no way out. Oh my good part about this is my daughter got her food.

  Drive thru sucks!! We went at 3 am and person infront of me waited 15 mins for food then 20 mins for a drink! When we asked what took so long, they said they only have 3 employees working so it’s not their fault. Then she started laughing. How does a drink take 20 mins to make for 3 people?? Terrible customer service. Never would come again. Avoid this location!

  My junior chicken was raw and chewy i came off my shift at my warehouse i was planning on getting something quick to eat but i had no time to even go back i got home took one bite and it was completely horrible

  Shirley stands out! This is the only McDonald’s I have been in that someone actually mops the floor and wipes the table continuously. Washroom Is clean, drink station is clean. The lady who keeps cleaning is Shirley! She’s the best

  The mission McDonald's is consistently one of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've ever visited. Every time I go there im either waiting 10 minutes for food thats barely over room temperature, or they get my order wrong or forget an item. Like the other sunday when I was taking my gf up to st'sailes forest service road and stopped in to grab some munch for the ride, ordered 4 junior chicken, and 4 McDoubles, and instead they gave us 2 Jr chickens and 3 mcdoubles. At least they were hot, but you still forgot nearly half my order, DESPITE PAYING FOR ALL OF IT. Absolute dog water restaurant, even by McDonald's standards.
