  Been going this KFC for years but it’s sadly really gone downhill. Don’t know if this is just a sign of the times or what. Not having had KFC in a few months (last time I got it, it wasn’t very enjoyable) I decided I’d use a couple online deals for a cheap lunch. Service here is pretty good (kind of standard but they’re friendly and polite), they got my order mostly right but forgot a dip, which sucks because it was a $1 extra. But the food quality was unfortunately so poor. The chicken tenders were better than the bone-in chicken but the breading wasn’t very consistent, but overall decent. Their signature bone-in chicken, however, was terrible. Rubbery, fatty chicken with soggy breading that had 0 crunchiness, 2 drumsticks in a 5 piece (pretty cheap), it was honestly inedible and I threw out 3/5 pieces. Not trying to discourage anyone from going, just wanted to give an insight on my experience that hopefully owners and consumers will consider. I wish it would be better because this location used to be really good. But I kind of doubt this will enact any sort of change for anybody, I’m probably just writing it more for myself. Also, the amount of fake positive reviews on this place from people with the name Kaur obviously shows an employee or owner is getting relatives to falsely raise the rating of this place. I think that’s pretty dishonest.

  They took 40 minutes to give me my order because they forgot about it and then all I got was a sorry and some food that was mediocre at best I will not be coming back.

  The dining room is dead but the tables are dirty. I ordered a snack wrap combo. Have to wait 8 minutes. Dr Pepper just sprayed syrup all over me, the pop machine and the counter. There is NO ONE to help me, bad enough I can only order through a machine. They are in the back but won't come out when I call. There is no one in the drive through. I won't be back
