  Went in there to look at baby bottles as a gift for someone. Half of the bottles had packages that were open, which is not great for someone buying a gift. Since they were open, I carefully pulled out a bottle to see if it’s the right size etc. But then one of the staff (a woman, I will update if I find her name) came around the corner and accusingly said, “Can I help you?” I told her no I am fine and she said, “because I see you opening all the packages.” I told her firmly the packages were already open and I am not happy about that. No apology. I thought maybe she’s also racist too, because I can’t think of a reason why she would look at me so condescendingly. And also, doesn’t basic customer service require someone to have blatant proof before risking upsetting an innocent customer? I almost called her out and wanted to ask the manager to come and pull up security camera just so she could apologize, but I was in a hurry. No, it’s not okay to make someone feel the way she made me feel and think that she can get away with it.

  I enjoy their plant section even if it is tiny. There are deals to be found in the bakery section and check the meats for deals...well worth stopping on my way home
