  What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't even start until you ask them why your order isn't ready, and even then they give you attitude for the nerve for asking for the food you already paid for. Disgusting service.

  My chicken was disgustingly greasy and it is almost laughable that they prompt you for a tip and provide 0 service. Will not be back.

  Absolutely the worst KFC in Canada. I'm writing this review after visiting this location 5 times since it's opened. I thought I'd give the the benefit of the doubt as they are a newly opened restaurant, but on all 5 visits , they didn't have most items on the menu. Try ordering chicken breast , or chicken rib. Always out of stock. I don't know how they can remain open as they never have anything on the menu in stock.

  Bought a gift card here and came back three days later just for them to say they aren’t accepting gift cards. Don’t really understand the point of selling them if you don’t accept them.

  The food is always fresh, and the team gives great service. I was waiting for a pickup order and the manager communicated really well and gave great service despite how busy it was. Will keep coming back here!
