  I had chicken with my family, and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience!

  I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. Was told when I arrived 25 minutes after ordering, that they were just making the chicken. Chicken was absolutely disgusting. Bottom of the bucket was a puddle of oil making all the chicken soggy. Tired of going places were the employees don't care. Employers should clue in how this garbage represents their business.

  Posting this on my account because my husband doesn’t have one. This review is based on his experience and in his words — he was the one who received the food and called the store directly about it… “Absolutely disgusting! My wife ordered KFC for me as a birthday snack, and the food was so unbelievably greasy that it actually soaked through and ate a hole in the box. It was such a mess that I didn’t even want to eat it. I called the store myself to let them know what happened, and the response I got was, “Sorry, I’ll try to do better next time.” Next time? Seriously? No attempt to remedy it, no offer to replace it. If your idea of quality control is waiting for the customer to complain and then telling them you’ll “try to do better next time,” that’s pretty pathetic. I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonable — I just expected food that was properly prepared and worth what I paid for. Instead, I got a greasy mess, wasted money, and a very disappointing, inedible birthday snack. One star because I can’t give zero.
