  I am writing this in the lobby at Taco Bell. I have been here over 30 min and nothing. Terrible service terrible. I wouldn’t typically write this but everytime I come there is an issue. If I go through the drive through they make me drive around in a circle and come back to the window. Will not be back.

  Very disappointing experience at Taco Bell Langley. The staff seemed untrained and completely disorganized. There was little attention to cleanliness, and the restaurant did not feel properly maintained. Customers were left waiting for an extremely long time just to receive basic orders, while employees appeared careless and unfocused. Fast food should at least be fast and hygienic, but unfortunately this location failed at both. I hope management takes customer service and staff training more seriously.

  The service originally had improved when they renovated this location. Unfortunately, now the staff like to play games at the drive-thru, I suspect in an effort to fake how long customers are waiting for their food. Now they make you wait at the order window before ordering and usually have to pull ahead and park in a parking spot while waiting for your food.

  So first off. Not fast food at all anymore. Waited almost 25 minutes to get our food. There was only 2 people in front of us. Second if the machines are glitching and I politely ask for a change and a different item because we didn’t want a topping and it didn’t work on the new self serve machines I better get customer service. And don’t even bother asking for a fix. They would rather argue that there machines and all the things under the sun work. Would never come back and the customer service could simply be resolved by the attitude of the staff. Pretty ironic that the one time we choose fast food it’s the opposite and the staff are visually doing the slowest job ever. Perfect example of someone who has no motivation because they get paid hourly. Oh and don’t forget to leave them a tip at the broken machines that take your order and you have to manually put your order together…

  Service got only 1 🌟 bc there really is NONE... you order at an electric kiosk and pick up after your name appears on the screen at the front counter...... PLUS, we had to go back twice, really should have been three times, bc they forgot condiments that were requested and we PAID EXTRA for at the stupid and impersonable computer kiosk. Then we get home to start eating only to discover there were items missing off our actual tacos, wraps etc. such as no nacho cheese sauce, tomatoes etc which actually come standard on the items purchased (ie not a special order). Sadly though I can't even say this was a off day or a poorly run location but instead I think is just the way things are going with taco bell as I know of someone thst had a similar experience in the US only a day or two before.
