  Can they hire more people? Like an hour wait for food on DoorDash, 20 min wait in person. It's not even rush hour. I understand 10-15, but one hour wait, where my dasher has to also wait like 20 mins is absurd. Seriously.

  I ordered food from Taco Bell through DoorDash around 11 PM yesterday and had a few changes I wanted to make to my order. Unfortunately, DoorDash doesn’t allow those changes, so I tried calling the store directly. I called 20–25 times and not a single call was answered. I understand that restaurants can get busy, especially at night, but 20–25 unanswered calls is absolutely ridiculous. Is it really possible that nobody noticed the phone ringing even once? To make things worse, I specifically selected 2 hot sauce packets with my order, but when my food arrived, there was no hot sauce at all. I even asked my Dasher to please request a couple of packets from the store, and the store refused. Honestly, this was incredibly frustrating. Mistakes can happen, but completely ignoring a customer’s repeated calls and then refusing a very simple request for hot sauce is just terrible customer service. Very disappointed. I expected much better from Taco Bell. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to order from this location again.

  Unfortunately i wasn’t able to get any food as this place got renovated but the fact you have to place an order thru a computer and 90% of the people ordering are either slow, have 0 common sense or don’t understand the concept of “order and move on” not chit chatting and wasting time, not to mention you only have one option to pay with a debit/credit card instead of giving you the option to pay at the counter if you have cash, and the people behind the counters are affraid of their job or to speak to a customer, 0 consideration for customers, this place went from bad to WORSE! Not going there to waste time and not get someone to attend you -5 start for this place

  The self serve kiosk let me order food that was out of stock, so I paid but had to swap out my meal. I also got there at 11:20 (restaurant closed at 12:00) but was told that I had to leave when I got my food. I’m assuming this is because the staff wanted to get everything cleaned up and clock out at the dot of 12:00. Any place I’ve worked served customers until the stated closing time, and then closing procedures happened afterwards. Maybe it’ll be better next time.
