It was rock hard and literally crumbling apart while I was trying to eat it. Fresh bread is kind of the bare minimum for a sandwich shop, so this was pretty unacceptable. Hoping they pay more attention to food quality and freshness moving forward.

The guy, Sarpreet (I hope that’s how you spell his name), was incredibly friendly and respectful. At first, I thought he was the owner, so I was surprised when I realized he was just an employee. However, I would say he’s not just any employee; he’s a valuable asset. The actual owner should keep him for as long as possible. I’d give him a whopping 1000 stars!
