- MDMaddison DanielsApr 15, 20261.0I have never been so infuriated and appalled at the lack of customer service. First of all, when I want to build a salad or a sandwich, I do not need any side eyes or attitude. When I simply ask for a little bit more vegetables or anything I need.. I do not need to be telling you multiple times in a row to keep adding more things. (Lettuce or crispy onions etc) Of course I'm going to keep asking for more!( You only put 1or 2 pieces of anything as if the world was on a shortage!). Subway has drastically decreased the amount of food they serve. The portions are incredibly tiny and we still get attitude? There used to be a really nice girl that worked here a few months ago and she actually knew what a generous portion was. I don't see her there anymore. Shame. She knew how a sandwich/salad actually was AND she was so kind. Management needs to really work on training staff to be more polite and courteous.
