Best customer service today went there today for service. They make so good sandwich. The server Named aditi is so friendly welcoming prepared best sandwich for me. I trued peri peri meet from other store once its too dry there but i tried here its such a sandwich too fall in love with. I really appreciate service given by aditi would love to visit store again.

I ordered online through their app but my favourite sauces were missing their was just one. I am very disappointed they ruined my favourite food which I desperately wanted to have. My sandwich was so dry and it spoiled my whole mood. Moral of the story Always order offline.

Placed an order online for me and a friend through the subway app. Order went through fine, got to the store to pick up the order. Special request of having each half of the two sandwiches wrapped separately was ignored but figured that's ok no big deal. Asked for an extra paper wrap to wrap it ourselves at home to save the other halfs for later. Got home and noticed the first sub wasn't marked so I was like ok the one sub is probably marked and that would be good enough to tell them apart to realize the second sub was marked as double meat when they were both supposed to be double meat and paid an extra $4 for each to be double meat. Turns out only one was double meat and was excessively obvious from the weight difference between them. The attention to detail is extremely lacking, the restaurant wasn't busy when we got there. Multiple employees and 3 or 4 customers in the lobby that were already served. It wasn't busy enough for such mistakes to be made, only cause is negligence and lack of attention to details. Next time I'm just better off going to one of the several other restaurants in the same strip for lunch or dinner.
