  Very poor service. Lack of coordination. No customer satisfaction. Not maintaining hygiene too because when i was eating there was flies around me.

  I've ordered the spicy chicken burger here many times, but unfortunately it's never spicy! I hope to be able to eat the authentic spicy burger next time I visit! So I took another spicy chicken burger and asked a male employee why he had chosen the spicy one. He replied that it was because of the spicy sauce! But I fell in love with the taste of the spicy chicken burger after having spicy chicken at another McDonald's, not because of the spicy sauce! I really hope they don't sell spicy chicken burgers anymore!

  Very rude, completely made me wait outside for 15 mins with my toddler in drive thru. My order in my bag , medium fries was half full with some frozen fries in it, my nuggets were stale and not fresh at all. The worst McDonalds service ever!! This is not what I ordered. Will never go back.

  30 minute wait today for a kids Chicken nugget meal and a Junior Chicken after ordering on the kiosk. As I watch people who ordered well after me leaving I knew something was off. When I went up to th front after 20 minutes they told me the machine printed a crinkley recipe YET she could read my receipt. I had my two year old with me after shopping, she was upset over waiting so long, I was annoyed. I didn't even get an apology. Took another 7 minutes to get out food. There is no excuse for that long of wait for a simple order at McDonalds. Heck I don't think iv waited that long at a sit down restaurant. Beyond annoyed and won't be wasting my time here again. Retrain your staff on how to handle these situations.
