  I said “no ice” and then the staff gave me a lot of ice, almost 1/3 of the cup. Very bad! May 10, 2026, at 10:45 am, drive through.

  10:58am I try to order lunch. They refused to take my order, instead told me to leave and come back...in two minutes. The drive thru line was long, I have a Toddler, I'm pregnant - small inconvenience. I even said I'd be willing to park and wait for my food but they still told me they refuse to take my order. It was 2 minutes by the time I got out of the drive-thru lineup. I will stop for maybe 5 seconds before having to go back in the line. Unfortunately I was picking up food for someone else otherwise it would have left and definitely not returned. When I did finally get to order my lunch, I'm assuming they recognize my voice and were very rude to me giving me attitude probably because I said that rule was beyond ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Do better.

  Even if you place an order on the app and click "im already here" within the 2 km radius, they never start preparring it ahead of time. So im left waiting 5 to 15 minutes everytime.

  You know the reason people pre order is so when they get there it is paid done and you don't have to wait So they can carry on and get to work or whatever their busy day has in store... While waiting for my preorder that wasn't even started until I arrived 15 minutes later I watch the line inside the store grow and get ignored then proceeded to have to wait another 15 minutes to get my order... Woefully underprepared no sense of urgency
