  A real bad experience with take out today. Ordered at 3:p.m. .They said it would be at 4:30 and it is now 7: 45 and not delivered yet.We went to Wendy's & no wait. KFC is a waste of time. Will never go back there.

  You could tell from the picture the chicken was dry and old that it’s already light. Not worth it. I live 3 minutes from the location

  I'm sorry what is this? I came here for my lunch break yesterday to try this new burger, and this is what I got ????? I paid money for this. I complained to the lady and she said we have a limit of 3 cheetos per a burger. "and topped with crunchy Flamin’ Hot Cheetos for an extra fiery kick in every bite according to the website! But not to her. That is definitely not in every bite! They dusted the center of the chicken only. The whole chicken is supposed to be coated. There was almost no sauce on top or bottom. It was so dry not spicy and not even appetizing. You guys are representing Cheetos and KFC. You are getting PAID to represent these products!!!! Do your job right!!! Make the customer HAPPY and WANT TO COME BACK!!!

  Terrible experience on Monday evening . It took 38 minutes for my order The place was packed, yet only one guy was working his heart out at the counter while a female employee on her phone talking to someone All the time . She’s completely ignoring him.Management, please teach your team how to help each other. He even compensates me with extra chicken buts It’s completely unfair to watch one employee drown while coworkers do nothing. I felt so bad for him. Never coming back to this location unless they fix their staff support.
