  I was with my two kids at the restaurant today and ordered from the self-serve machine. It was a 30 mins LONG waiting for food to be prepared. When they were questioned about the long waiting. There was no apology from the restaurant employees. The employees' attitude was so bad and they blamed the system for slow delivery. Employees spoke to each other through their native language; which was not English. The worst experience ever at the KFC.

  I always had poor experience at this store, if you order around 10 either they will have missing items or theyll just argue with you “ we are closing in 30mins” bro there is an atleast hour. poor crew and poor management i still haven’t been able to get a refund for a mobile order since they are out of chicken! its just near my work. but always a awful experience. highly not recommended! cheers

  Came in after an early shift to have the Tuessday special at 10:55am. One of the staff saw me (wearing red tshirt) from the inside did eye contact at the counter and ask me do you want to order? And I said yes amd she told me to give her few seconds, i acknowledge, then when she got to the counter and took my order thr manager or supervisor (wearing black button down kfc uniform) told her in punjabi dialect not to take my order from the counter and ask me to order from the kiosk. And the staff was surprise and ask why and she then approached me and told me she will assist me at the kiosk i said i want to pay here and then she told me that they are not allowed to take payment fromt the counter unless its cash payment as per their AREA MANAGER. But then took my payment after 20 seconds of arguing. After I paid, i checked my receipt and saw that I was charge $0.25 for the paper bag that i didnt ask or was being ask if i need a paper bag or wanted to do a take our or dine in. Then when i went back to asked why she charged me, she just responded right away no worries i will give you back your change. No apology was given or explanation. So i asked her again and she told me that because they usually do it and dont ask their customers. Asked her name and the other staffs name she didnt give me because its not allowed? Very poor service and bad attitude for sure. Makes the place very unpleasant to visit.
