  Nikita provided excellent customer service during my visit to KFC today. She was very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and made the experience really enjoyable. It’s always nice to receive service with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Great job, Nakita, and thank you for the wonderful service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Seriously understaffed and dirty place. - All tables were messy with left overs and no one to clean. - washrooms doors don't lock. - accessible doors don't work. It is such a bad impression for KFC!!!

  I asked them to make the food fresh, they made me wait and still it was not made fresh very disappointing. Probably won’t go to a kfc for at least another year!

  My parents went to this KFC with the coupons from the kfc.ca. The staffs there told them that they don’t accept this coupons they only accept the paper coupons. We use the coupons all the time at all other KFC with no problem. My parents were very upset yesterday. We love KFC, but will not go this store again.

  The manager at this location is such a gem! The food came out fast, hot and tasty. When I had left I also lost something valuable and when I came back to look for it she was incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned. She even offered to look up surveillance footage to help with the situation. Great customer service!
