Can’t go wrong with five guys. A little bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it

A little on the pricey side, but really good burgers. Good service at the till and no tipping. You really get what ypu want on the burgers, they have tons of options at no extra cost. The portion of fries is huge, even the small. I will definitely go back.

I haven't been to Five Guys in years because of the high prices but decided to treat my family today.
Super disappointed with our experience.
$37 for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 regular fries and 1 regular drink is wild to start with. Then for fountain drinks to be out of syrup (and not changed when requested, even 20 min later, still not done), and our food was cold when we got it. They argued that they called our number multiple times but that's not the case. We were sitting, watching the counter from our table, and listening. The fries were sloppy and soft, and the burgers weren't even hot enough to melt the American cheese slices.
When they remade the food it was piping hot, but we got 2 different sized patties on our burgers. What the heck.
Such poor service and quality overall :(

It was about the end of April 2026...
I haven't had a burger from... ,5 Guys... For about... From... 2014...
.... My fellow tenant... Said it was the best to fight his own..... Cravings.....
....... the burger was delicious....
.... The service was exceptional.
.... But to actually cook the stuff...
..... awesome... Just...
Exactly as you order it..
..... I believe the place should serve...
Not only Standard Milkshakes....
But A Kefir Milk... Version of a Chai Tea . With . Cardamon... With any fruit topping... A Langley... Like.

Really hard to justify this as my favorite burger spot. Everytime I order a burger here it’s wrong they are the exact opposite of what a five guys in the states truly is. Ask for extra bacon won’t happen. Order all the way they will cut toppings by 50%.
Been here 10+ times since opened and got my burger correct one time.
